l  Bending sheet metal should be placed in the middle of the Press Brake  Machine Bed the

shall not exceed the Press brake nominal power of 1/4 on both sides of the same time and 

must bend to address the problem of unilateral load. Plus N32-N46 tank hydraulic oil, the 

first use of oil should be replaced after three months 1-2times. Working oil temperature 15  

℃ -60 ℃ and regular cleaning of the inlet combfilter to keep oil smooth otherwise the pump 

will empty suction pipelin vibration.

l  Adjust the slide stroke the slider first stop should be the upper limit position of the Press 

Brake (see figure III, IV) start to adjust motor block, block will move up and down, adjust the 

maximum distance 110mm, Therefore to continue to observe phenomenon if unusual

should immediately stop checking.
